Be Your Brightest

Be Your Brightest

October 29, 2018

We are all gifted messages everywhere, constantly. The question is, are you paying attention? Are you listening with the love of your heart, or is the noise of your mind obscuring the perfection?

I rushed out of my front door this afternoon with one mission– I must get to the bank and back home in time to blah blah blah… mind mind mind… do this get here do that did you remember to….

And there was my gift, left for me right at my feet. A message from the trees! They spoke so loudly and so profoundly that my mind went S I L E N T.

…down on my hands and knees… transported in pure wonder…

One perfect, singular, red and yellow leaf glowing in it’s own magnificent glory… adjacent to a row of leaves shriveling and fading of color and life. Pure radical juxtaposition.

“Be your brightest and most light-filled version of your self no matter what your surrounding are or which way the wind may blow. Beauty and light come from within, not from with out. Magnificence isn’t something that is learned or gained, it is innate. Believe it, acknowledge it, and cultivate the knowing and practicing of the love that you BE”

My deepest gratitude to the trees for all of the love and the wisdom you so graciously share.

I pause, watching…
Big open land just opposite
‘Why don’t you run free– that way?’

How many times must we repeat our self to finally grasp that nothing other than our own heart will ever satiate the eternal looking for…?
How much courage does it take to recognize the illusion that the ‘outside’ is only fluff at best?
How much extraordinary trust in one’s self does it take to chose the path less traveled and live from the inside, out?
