Fear porn & heart center

Fear porn & heart center

January 30, 2020

I usually stick to tree hugging, flower kissing, and chatting with the plants and trees, however I am going to go slightly out of my lane today because I feel this to be that important.

The fear porn that is being slung around about the coronavirus is at ad nauseam. If you want to buy a lot of antiviral and immune boosting essential oils because you are scared of catching it, well…go ahead. But what I can tell you is that the plants and trees are conscious and they don’t appreciate being used out of fear.

May I instead encourage you educate yourself on what is really going on outside of what the main stream media desires us to believe? Remember: low frequency emotions and thoughts are some of the most damaging agents to our immune system and health (physical, emotional and spiritual).

I’m going to put this totally in your hands. I haven’t found anyone writing more clearly about the so-called 'coronavirus epidemic' than Jon Rappoport. He is an independent investigative reporter with a long resume. He’s been posting some hard questions and insights about what/who is really behind this coronavirus and why. I would say this article of his is a good place to start if you find yourself yearning for transparency and don’t resonate in your Heart with spoon-fed fear.

We are in a time of massive change. It’s like all of the veils are dropping and no one has anything to hide behind. In medicinal aromatherapy, I see more and more people questioning what they have traditionally (in Western society) been taught about health, wellness, and remedies. From the other viewpoint of my life (running my graphic design studio), I am watching big questions being posed around how we are choosing to do business and what is behind the giants of our digital media and corporate world. I just attended a two day ‘Good Business Summit’ in Phoenix who’s purpose was to promote and support conscious business practices. This was put on by Local First Arizona and attended by over 450 people! To me, that is positive change in itself!

I always tell my clients (medicinal aromatherapy clients and/or graphic design clients), you have to follow you heart. You have to follow what resonates with you and forge your own path in that direction, even if it appears absurd to your mind (and everyone around you). For a real time example…I run 2 businesses that appear on the opposite ends of the spectrum…yet by staying true to my Heart, the two meld and compliment each other in ways I could have never fathomed. And I am so extraordinarily grateful.

We have all kinds of things we can choose to be concerned about as humans. It can appear horrendous, divinely perfect, and everything in between. But when you fly above your life, no matter how many years you have experienced in your ‘earth suit’, if the answer is ‘yes’ to this one question…whatever happened, happens, or will happen becomes rather irrelevant…

“Did you follow YOUR heart?”

May each and every one of you have the courage, the perseverance, and the energy to always always always be clear in what your Heart is saying and to do just that.

I spent most of my 30s in a self-imposed, rigid mediation practice. Why? I so desired to KNOW peace within myself and to consciously remember and embody oneness with all.
I was committed, diligent, and…inflexible in my practice.
A meditation practice whose intention was freedom, but who’s structure was anything but…Yes, I’m laughing right now and I hope you are too.

I made a visit to the Desert Botanical Garden over the weekend (which inspired this post). I saw a sign explaining ‘photosynthesis’. We are all aware that plants and trees feed themselves via the process of photosynthesis. Perhaps it is easy to forget how awe inspiring this is.

I will keep my rant about putting so much emphasis on days other humans have told us ‘we should celebrate’ to a bare minimum and instead turn it to positive inquiry: EVERY day is important. Every day we should seek to embody more love, awareness, kindness, and gratitude. We are programmed...
