Our light and love is needed more than ever for the evolution of our planet, humanity, and all consciousness beings. Every single thought matters. The energy of each and every thought IS registered in the Universe and eventually reflected back.

Our Guides and Angels operate at a very high frequency. It is very rare that they fully materialize on the earth plane because it takes so much energy for their light bodies to come down into such density. However, we do have a great ability to connect, hear, and feel them with our hearts.

May I encourage you educate yourself on what is really going on outside of what the main stream media desires us to believe? Remember: low frequency emotions and thoughts are some of the most damaging agents to our immune system and health (physical, emotional and spiritual).

Raw emotions (minus the story) are one of the potent portals through which we can manifest expansive change within ourselves. It is not the action you must change, it is what precedes the action that must change.
Navigating the Change
Gaia is conscious and she is upping her frequency. Are we as individuals willing to change with her, or are we white-knuckling old ways because we are afraid and/or don’t remember how to do anything different? To think we can just go out and ‘wing it’ with no consciousness around our direction will definitely get us lost. Do you know what direction you are moving? Do you know your grand vision, your true north?
Allow, remember, BE.

We are all gifted messages everywhere, constantly. The question is, are you paying attention? Are you listening with the love of your heart, or is the noise of your mind obscuring the perfection?
The Suffering Resume
if we talk about love and suffering in the same sentence, are we just negating them out? Can we talk about love without the pain? Do we still feel like we belong in the human race if we choose love over pain? Are love and joy just as much as a credential as pain and suffering?
