Navigating the Change

Gaia is conscious and she is upping her frequency. Are we as individuals willing to change with her, or are we white-knuckling old ways because we are afraid and/or don’t remember how to do anything different? To think we can just go out and ‘wing it’ with no consciousness around our direction will definitely get us lost. Do you know what direction you are moving? Do you know your grand vision, your true north?

Allow, remember, BE.

A common perspective is to approach things as a process of: learn, practice, and do.
While it works, it is limiting because it is based on the idea that what we need is found outside of us, not within....
What if we shifted...

We are the shapers, the creators, the lovers...

Each and every one of us is the creator of our world. If you are an artist, see your life as the most exquisite painting you have ever created. If you are a writer, write your life...

So you want to change the world?

We can only give/share what we have. If we desire the world to be conscious, peaceful, and loving then it is our responsibility to create that world within our-self, FIRST.
If I am not making conscious choices, that is immediately reflected back to me. If I am not peaceful in my heart, all I see is chaos around me. If I do not fully love myself, I can never fully love another...

It takes work

I had this little wooden bench I sat perched on for large periods of years, with my hands folded just right, watching my breath. Determined that if I could sit long enough…to get quiet enough… I would attain enlightenment...

Questions I ask Myself

Am I capable of fully feeling this? (‘this’ being whatever is within me right now… no matter how blissful or how horrific it appears)
Can I feel this in complete love… gifting myself the space without judgment to allow this to process through me?
