Let me stress something that I only touched on in the first post…your immune system is your only healer. Nothing that you put in or on your body will heal you. And there is absolutely no magic pill.
If you choose, you can gain much clarity around this in asking yourself “does ‘this’ support my immune system or does it tax my immune system?”. And if you really desire to be well, then for goodness sake, at least be honest with yourself.
You each have all of the knowing and wisdom within you that you will ever need. Fly above and be an observer of your self. Without flinching, see what is working for you and what is not. You know this. Have the courage to see it and then change if if you need. Need a map? Let every road led to more love for yourself (which will then be effortlessly reflected out to others).
Remember that we are far from just physical beings…our thoughts are just as potent (if not more so) to our well-being as the choice of what we physically choose to swallow.
One of the incredible things about the plants and trees is they do not delineate between the physical, emotional and spiritual when they work with us. They can support us to regain and maintain balance in all 3 realms, especially when we ask. Don’t forget the plants and trees are conscious beings…they just don’t confine themselves to a language communicated by uttering sounds…they speak via heart.
To come back full circle, to be well and stay well this winter it all rests in supporting the immune system. Wouldn’t it be nice this winter to be prepared to be well rather than wondering when you are going to get ‘what’s going around’? You do have a say in this: spiritually, emotionally and physically.
With so many Devas to choose from, I’ve put together a few collections of what I feel are winter ‘must have’s’. Procure them, use them and thank them! It could make your winter a lot more joyful and abundant!
